"It is very difficult to write a short review on State Farm agent Scott Kibler. I came to Scott in 2021 by way of my brother who has been with Scott for many years. Scott’s friendly personality and sense of caring for people sold me within minutes. I knew he was going to be the right agent for me. Scott takes time every year to go over my policies so I have the best coverage for my needs. I appreciate how he explains the policies in detail, so I understand my full coverage, and I never feel rushed. If you’re looking for an agent who is very knowledgeable, truly care’s about your needs and will take the time to find the best cost efficient coverage for you, Scott is your guy.
I was recently in a car accident (not at fault of mine) that ended in a total loss of my vehicle. I tell you this company handled my situation from within minutes of the accident to the very end with first class treatment. Every person that worked through my claim at State Farm was friendly. As the slogan says “like a good neighbor State Farm is there”. I really was treated like a good friend and they really were there for me.
